• Craft budgets and quotes that make both customers and our finance team smile
• Uphold our gold-standard quality in everything we touch
• Perform scheduling wizardry to keep our teams and projects on track
• Handle sensitive information with the discretion of a trusted confidant
• Navigate changing priorities with the adaptability of a seasoned pro
• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and expertise
• Support our creative teams so they can focus on what they do best
• Maintain meticulous records that keep our business running smoothly
