Job Opportunity: Inventory Support and Logistics – Full-Time
Location: Henrietta, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $17–$19/hour (depending on experience)

Join a leading Fortune 500 technology company as an Inventory Support and Coordinator. This crucial role ensures timely delivery of products across Western New York, supporting field technicians and maintaining efficient inventory operations. This is a fully office environment. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage parts inventory: verify shipments, track materials, and update inventory databases.
  • Respond promptly to parts requests from technicians via email and calls.
  • Receive, track, and distribute parts using an automated inventory system, ensuring timely updates and handling backorders.
  • Process internal requisitions and external purchase orders to maintain stock levels for technicians, including emergency replenishments.
  • Maintain accurate records for purchase orders, warranty credits, and orders in progress.
  • Generate management reports, identify issues, and escalate as needed.
  • Conduct inventory audits, organize workspaces, and assign locations for new parts.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in parts management or inventory database maintenance or relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems and strong math skills.
