- General site cleanup, including collecting and disposing of debris.
- Moving safety equipment and materials around the site as needed.
- Assisting with deliveries and acting as a runner for project supplies.
- Supporting team members in day-to-day construction tasks.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a hazard-free work environment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly- up to 50 pounds.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Prior construction or laborer experience is a plus but not required.
