Temporary Full Time Receptionist- CPA Firm - January - April

Our client is a very busy CPA firm with their office located in Greece.  We are seeking an energetic, smart, detail oriented and experienced receptionist to join this office team.
This position is full time to support the office through the busy tax season.
  • Monday-Friday 830am-5pm  
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Pay: $18/hr
This position requires attention to detail, flexibility, dependability, discretion and enthusiasm! 
Duties include but may not be limited to the following:
  • Answer phones
  • Greet clients in a professional manner
  • Scheudle appointments
  • Take/receive payments 
  • Assist with processing tax returns
  • Data entry into various Excel spreadsheets
  • Keeping front office neat and tidy
 Required Qualifications
  • Available to work Monday through Friday
  • Computer literate
  • Experience with Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Professional
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality
  • 1-2 yrs administrative/receptionist experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people
