Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Hourly Rate: Starting at $18/hr (plus potential bonuses)

As our Administrative Liaison and Visitor Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our office—the director of people, energy, and first impressions. What You'll Do

As the orchestrator of our office operations, you’ll keep the day running smoothly and ensure every interaction is a positive one. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests, clients, employees, and vendors, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Managing conference room calendars to optimize office scheduling and flow.
  • Preparing new hire folders and assisting with onboarding.
  • Handling incoming calls with professionalism and directing inquiries as needed.
  • Managing office supply inventory and coordinating replenishment.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Assisting employees with payroll and time card questions.
  • Completing special data entry projects.
  • Keeping common spaces tidy and organized throughout the day.
  • Bringing fun and creativity to life as part of the "Fun Committee."
  • Supporting other administrative and operational projects as assigned.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who brings more than skills—you bring energy, personality, and drive. While a Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, we’re open to candidates with exceptional experience. You MUST:

  • Feel confident working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Have a strong sense of urgency and organization.
  • Be tech-savvy, with experience in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and general computer skills.
  • Excel at multitasking and time management.
  • Bring a fearless attitude, with the ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Communicate clearly and calmly when giving or receiving direction.
  • Appreciate Taylor Swift’s music (trust us, it helps).
