Job Description:
TES Staffing has teamed up with Action for Better Community to recruit dedicated Teacher Aides who are passionate about promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children aged newborn up to five years old. As a Teacher Aide, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive through engaging in educational activities, which could include but is not limited to, singing, laughing, and playing with the children.  Teacher Aides will also be responsible for making sure that the children in the class are receiving proper nutrition throughout the day and have their hygienic needs met, which could include potty training or diaper changes.

Responsibilities:

• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of children.
• Provide a safe and healthy environment for children aged newborn up to five years old.
• Create a nurturing and supportive environment through interactive activities.

Qualifications:

• Child Development Associate or AS in Early Education preferred.
• Prior experience working with infants up through five-year-olds required
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prefer candidates with prior experience working with infants up through five-year-olds.
• Requires health and physical capability to work in a classroom environment, including sitting on the floor, bending, running, climbing, and lifting children up to 40 lbs.
