Full Time LPN - Monday-Friday, NO weekends/holidays

Qualifications:
NYS LPN licensure with current CPR certification.
Experience working in community-based healthcare settings is also preferred, but not required
Ability to demonstrate teamwork and effective interpersonal relations skills is imperative.
Excellent written/oral communication and computer skills are required.
Experience working with an Electronic Health Record is desired.
Details:
Monday - Friday, 8a-5p.
Pay- Depending on Experience. $25- 36/hr

Job Duties and Cultural Notes:
This LPN will be working in a Primary Care office that sees patients from birth to old age, around 30 patients daily. Day to day duties will include:
This team is comprised of three providers in a calm and organized office. This team provides comprehensive gynecological care, including major and minor surgical procedures, family planning, Pediatric/adolescent gynecologic services, as well as affirming healthcare for the LGBTQ+ community, including all gender expressions and sexual orientations. As such, we expect our staff to be professional, respectful and welcoming to all patients.

- Rooming patients and obtaining vitals
- Collect samples, perform tests like EKG, etc
- Explain procedures to ensure patients understand, aid providers during exams
- Administer treatments, injections and immunizations
- Reinforce patient education on self-injections, medications and other treatments
- Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate and recorded timely
- Other duties as assigned
