Located in Brockport, our client is a WBE (Woman Business Enterprise) flooring dealer that works throughout New York State. 
TES Staffing is actively helping to seek a professional, smart, dependable and motivated candidate to be an extension of the President.    In this Executive Administrative role, customer service and attention to detail are paramount.

Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant plays a key role on our growing team, as a front line point-of-contact for the company and administrator supporting the President, Vice President, and the service team.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing correspondence and schedules
  • Preparing documents
  • Updating Salesforce and other internal databases
  • Communicating with customers, via written and verbally
  • Performing other daily operational and clerical tasks
  • A successful candidate will be tech savvy, have excellent customer service skills, and pay close attention to detail. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, working within a collaborative, hard-working, and family-like team. 
 
Essential Administrative Functions:
  • Assist company President with managing email, calendar, and other administrative tasks, using the highest level of confidentiality
  • Provide administrative support to management and team, completing tasks in a timely manner in advance of deadlines
  • Maintain administrative and confidential files
  • Use Microsoft Office/Google Docs software to prepare and edit reports, memos, and documents
  • Answer general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
  • Ensure the office space is organized
  • Greet customers/suppliers/visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner
  • Reply to general information requests with accurate information
 
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college coursework or degree preferred
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a professional/administrative position required
  • Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) as well as Google Docs and Outlook
  • Experience with CRM software and/or QuickBooks a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to switch tasks quickly, multitasking ability a must
  • Experience with multiline phone system
  • NYS Notary Public License preferred
  • Must fully exhibit Core Values
